Invert Code Orbit is an AI-powered recruitment platform that:

  • Facilitates job applications and candidate assessments
  • Conducts AI-driven interviews using OpenRouter API
  • Provides automated evaluation of candidate responses
  • Manages application workflows for employers and candidates

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using OAuth providers (Google, LinkedIn). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Types

  • Candidates: Create profiles, apply for positions, and participate in AI interviews
  • HR Managers: Post job vacancies and review applications
  • Interviewers: Evaluate candidate submissions
  • Administrators: Manage system settings and users

4. AI Interview Process

4.1 Interview Conduct

Our AI interviewer operates with the following guardrails:

  • Read-only access to interview context and candidate responses
  • Cannot delete, modify, or access personal user data
  • Cannot execute system commands or perform unauthorized operations
  • All interview data is stored securely in our database

4.2 Interview Rules

  • Candidates must complete interviews within the allocated time
  • Interviews may be paused (if enabled) up to 3 times
  • All responses are recorded and cannot be modified after submission
  • Plagiarism or dishonest behavior may result in disqualification

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Not share interview questions or attempt to manipulate the AI
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the system
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with our services
  • Submit malicious code or attempt SQL injection attacks
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users
  • Violate any laws or regulations

7. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

8. Intellectual Property
